Tokyo, Nov 14, 2007 (Jiji Press) - Mizuho Securities Co. and Shinko Securities Co. have decided to postpone their planned merger by some four months to May next year due to growing fallout from the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, Mizuho Financial Group Inc. said Wednesday.
