KARACHI (June 01 2008): Anticipating pressures on the Pak-Rupee, depositors are preferring foreign currency deposits to local currency deposits. According to the State Bank of Pakistan, the currency-wise composition shows a rising contribution of foreign currency deposits in overall deposit growth.
