April 18 (Bloomberg) -- Taylor Wimpey Plc and Barratt Developments Plc , Britain's two biggest homebuilders by volume, were downgraded at UBS AG, which estimated sales volumes and prices will approach a level that could wipe out profit for the entire industry.
