Mortgage lender Home Capital Group Inc. has succeeded in its $18.4 million takeover bid for Payment Services Interactive Gateway Corp. The companies said 96 per cent of PSiGate shares have been tendered to the $1.60-per-share cash offer, and Home Capital is moving to take up the rest.
