Home loans interest subsidy scheme launched (di-ve)

The Housing Authority has launched a scheme intended for first time buyers, as had been announced by the Prime Minister during the Budget speech. Under the scheme, applicants purchasing a property from the private sector can benefit from a subsidy on the interest on their home loans.
