Used-home sales drop 37 percent (El Paso Times)

Sales of El Paso used homes in April continued the yearlong trend of being slower than a year ago, but home prices continued to rise slightly. In April, 292 used homes were sold in El Paso, a decline of 37 percent from a year ago, show new data from the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors.
